To all Palms Office Condominium Owners,
Your Palms Office Condominium Association Board of Directors wants you to know that it meets informally on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM usually in one of the Condo Association offices. The purpose of these meetings are to handle the ongoing, day-to-day operations of the Association (repairs and maintenance, review prior monthly expenses, declaration violations, address Board Policy as permitted by the Declarations, etc.) between the Annual Meetings. These meetings are in no way substitutions for the Annual Meetings where official policy for the Association as required by the Declarations and Covenants is set. All Palms Office Condo owners are welcome to attend these meetings, if desired. If interested in attending any of these meetings, please contact any one of your Condo Association Officers at least three days prior to the meeting date. The purpose of this advance contact is so that you can be informed of the correct meeting location and so that adequate seating will be available for you. Thank you.
