CAM is a relatively young company, incorporated in 1991. On the other hand, our staff has experience which pre-dates the very existence of many community management companies throughout the Houston Area.

The two principals of the company, who also perform hands-on management duties for our clients, are residents of the Kingwood/Humble area and have a combined 38 years experience specific to the community association management industry. CAM managers are Certified Managers of Community Associations, as accredited by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers. Their "no-nonsense" approach to community management comes from home ownership, from experience as directors on homeowner association and utility district boards, and from their experience on the service side of the board room table as well.

Our office is located in Humble, TX, where meeting facilities are provided for our clients. We are equipped with a state-of-the-art computer system which operates proprietary software which was designed by and developed for the owners of CAM explicitly for community association management. Serving the unincorporated areas of north and east Harris County, we are members of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Cypress Creek United Civic Associations (CCUCA), and of the Greater Humble Area Chamber of Commerce.

We are also sensitive to the need of all community associations to minimize operating expenses. From the outset, you will find this illustrated by the fact that, even though start-up costs can be formidable, we will not pass through costs to the association such as: a "set-up" fee, file maintenance fees, or costs of office supplies such as envelopes, computer forms, or CAM-generated stationery (your personalized association letterhead).
